Unfortunately it's not just Peterhansel getting "The Nod" from the ASO. Despres got stuck in some mud that wasn't listed on course. ASO kindly gave him time back, so he would't finish 2nd or 3rd. Robby runs into a blocked course & petitions for time back, no dice. Here's the one that irks me tho. A few years back Robby got a penalty for pulling a Bump & run(not using sentinal). Peterhansel not only "bumped" another competitor, he took them out of the rally. He also didn't honor the sentinal from RG, & tried to (well did) wreck RG when he attempted to pass.
