Too bad about your Hawks, they worked hard and fought to get back in the series, but as is usually the case in these situations, they just came up short. If they could have started their fight a game sooner, who knows, they might have won the series. At least they didn't give up and let Vancouver win it easily.

Nah, I don't think they want it. Since Vancouver won it, they can keep it, whether they still want it or not. lol I'd say the curse is alive and well....


So, Alex, are you still thinking the Hawks don't care about the playoffs? That's gonna be some game 7 on Tuesday. Good luck to the Hawks. I have to say the player on the team that I like is Dave Bolland , since he came back the rest of the team has come alive. I believe that says a lot for the guy, he leads by example on the ice, and I would say , in the locker room too.

Did you watch the Hawks game last night? They finally woke up, but is it a case of 'too little , too late' ? There might still be a glimmer of hope for them , but at the same time I wouldn't put any money on them to win, but that's just me. =)

What a game for the Sharks last night, they were down at one point 4-0 , came back to tie the game at 5 all, then won it in OT. I don't know what's up with them playing so awful in the 1st P lately, they need to address that IMHO. I hope they come out tomorrow night ready to play, the Kings will be out to prove that it won't happen to them twice in a row. I'm hoping the Sharks knock the crowns off of those Kings.... LOL

I know how you feel, the Sharks have been knocked out in the first round before, it's a miserable feeling. I always tell myself that if they don't want to play to win I just won't watch , but I do end up watching them. For good or bad, I'm a fan, just as I know you are. It will bother you for a while, but that feeling will pass. Do you have another team that you have an interest in? Hang in there Alex, at least you still have your baseball teams. Small consolation I know , but it's better than nothing. =)

The Sharks totally sucked in game 2 , I'm hoping they get it together for the next game.

Well, the Sharks survived against the Kings last night. Thank the powers that be for having Niemi in goal , he kept them in the game after some less than stellar play from his teammates. A big Thank You to the Chicago GM who didn't want to pay him what he was worth. Nemo has found a new home. lol

Best of luck to the Hawks, they need to leave Vancouver with a win, going home down 2 games is never a good thing.

Can you believe that it's the end of the regular season already? Sharks play their last game tonight against the Coyotes. They need to win to clinch the second seed , after losing the last two games , I don't know what they will play like.

It's kind of weird that the Hawks are in the position of having so many variables before they know if they'll be in the play offs or not. I hope they get in, because they're the defending champions, they need to be there to defend it, IMO. If it should be that they do play the Sharks in the first round, lets hope for a great hard fought series, okay ?

As for Vancouver, lets see if that curse has any effect on them, they're a tough team to beat.
