Hi Lynda ! I think you might have mentioned it a time or two that you're glad I have my computer back . LOL
I don't know about you , but the time change has me out of sync today and feeling a little tired . Add to that the gloomy weather , no race to watch , makes for a rather boring day .
I bet Kesi is a good helper with the planting of beans . Have you ever grown corn ? I only ask because she could help you with that too . =) Now , if only Mother Nature cooperates and sends warm spring weather soon , we can get to planting instead of only talking about it . =)
Glad you like the cartoon and my new 'look' . I think the black does make me look slimmer , don't you agree ? LOL Hope you're having a good day . Take care and TTYL Sherri
Hi Lynda ! I'm glad that you're feeling better . Congrats on the job ! Being busy can be a blessing most of the time , hope all works out for you .
Not too bad a day for Robby , finishing 2nd is great . On to Bristol , where it will be time to get really serious about doing well .
I was feeling good about the weather , till the rain moved in and the temps dropped . Now I'm not so happy , plus my sinuses are bothering me a little . :( As for my brother , he mainly starts from seeds , he does buy a few plants if it's something he sees that he doesn't have the seeds to grow . That's cool that you will be able to plant a garden and not have to do all of it in containers . Sounds like you will be thinking you're in heaven once planting season starts . =)
Yes , I am totally enjoying a less chaotic household , it's so nice to have peace and quiet . I don't miss my sister and her loser boyfriend at all . LOL Hope you're having a good evening . Take care and TTYL ! Sherri
Hi Lynda ! It was another sunny day here and a little bit warmer . Sorry to hear that you're still not feeling well , hopefully a good nights sleep will help . Take care of yourself ! TTYL Sherri
Hi Lynda ! Got your email , a lot has happened in the past month , hasn't it ? I am so glad to see the sun , but they say it's suppose to rain this week. =( I'm happy to be back on here , though I don't know about the Planet not being the same without me . LOL
Robby certainly isn't in a good place right now being in 38th , especially with Bristol up next . All we can do is forget what happened today, enjoy San Felipe , and then get ready for the race at Bristol . I'm thinking that tunnel is one very long one , that's why the light seems to always be just that far out of reach . As for the negativity , for the most part it's just disappointment bringing it out . Some people get their hopes up every week , only to have them dashed time after time . It's just the way it goes. We'll just enjoy the off road racing , and maybe in time , the Cup stuff will get better .
I agree with you ... more sunny days for everyone , put an end to all the gloom and doom ! TTYL ! Sherri
Thanks for the welcome back ! It's good to finally be back on the Planet . I know there is a lot of stuff to get caught up on , but first things first , you'll have to get me caught up on what has been going on with you and Kesi . I have some good news , my sister and her idiot boyfriend are now gone , they finally got a place of their own , he got a job on a dairy farm that came with a trailer for them to live in . Am I happy ...... Oh hell yeah !!!!! LOL TTYL ! Sherri
Hey Lynda,
Its great to hear from you again. I'm glad that you and Kesi are doing well I have been very busy at work lately. I have to make the money now during the "season" I have been driving the trucks again which I enjoy. I hope Robby does better at Atlanta (couldn't do too much worse than Las Vegas) Hope there's not too much snow left for you to shovel!
Billy
Sherri,
Yes I have a co worker who is a computer guru too and have used his services a few times. It is funny how you don't realize how bad you miss the computer until it doesn't work! Kinda like when you lose electricity for a month after a hurricane.
I'm sure you heard about the pothole, I saw a tape of the race and during the delay they interviewed Robby about building his own cars, that was cool.
I figured Sherri might have had her internet knocked out by the snow?I
I'm am between a rock and a hard place about visiting my son because I can't afford to get snowed in and miss/lose my job.
I like Robbys' paint scheme but the California race can get a little boring?
Hope all is well with you and Kesi, Billy
Other than the cold weather, I had a great time and would go back in an instant. I posted a lot more pictures, videos and blogs on my page, so go check them out and let me know what you think.
Hey Lynda,
I'm with Kesi on how the people can be annoying but I had nowhere to hide! lol I can't wait too do something with my son out of the cold! I am trying to set up a trip in July with a co worker and his family that has a timeshare in Orlando so we can do Disney and the race.I remember going to Sanibel it is a great getaway and very relaxing.I couldn.t see the 500 today so I am anxious to watch the highlights. Hope you and Kesi have a great week Billy
Almost forgot, the tat took two hours. We're doing well here! Waiting for spring. Will be doing both NH races and I'm not sure what else at the moment!
I have to head north to get to Homestead! Only 50 miles from the southernmost point in the U.S., Key West. We're actually closer to Havana than Miami. Not many folks can say Miami is north. It's like a badge of honor. You gotta come on down for a getaway when you get a chance.
I've noticed the same thing. Great minds! Actually I thought we were friends already and was surprised when I left the comment and saw differently. But all is well... Chat with ya when we get back from Daytona!
Great response to the Monster Truck thread, Lynda. It's one of the things I admire most about Robby. He always finds a way. It's too easy to let challenges get the best of you. Can't wait to see him Thursday, I'm Daytona bound and will be in the FanZone with Jaci. Have you ever been there? It's like a backstage pass to the action. I'll try to post while I'm there to share everything with my Planet family. Stay warm!
