Well I am glad to see it is helping...I say if this post has been mentioned to a member and they refuse to correct the problem...then they are fair game.

Sul - I didn't mean that everyone had to post a picture of themselves. I meant "their own picture" as in something unique - an image that I can associate with a posting personality.

Like that silly cow dude - what's up with that anyway? ;)

TOG - can you have an email sent to any new member who signs up, with a link to these instructions and a strongly worded request for them to post their own picture?

Yes - thank you...maybe it should be a requirement that if the picture is not changed within so many days one cannot make posts.
