sorry it's taken so long for a response.As far as a seat,i'm not sure as far as best seat for the money.I've always been on pit road with the crew and have never sat in the stands.they are lot's of places to stay.I prefer on the beach.Or you can even stay at one of the beaches North or South of Daytona,it's easy access to and from the track.Last as far as the weather ,its usually in the lower 70's,sunny and a little breezy.If you are flying,the airport is behind the track.best of luck.Randy
