I thought it was usually by sea, If it was by air, I didn't think they would have to ship it 2 weeks in advance, but I don't know. Not my line of work LOL

In the military we had to be able to load up our entire maintenance shop on those metal pallets to load them on aircraft.  Everything has to be accounted for and listed.  All your hazardous materials have to be properly coded.  You might be surprised at what can be considered hazardous. No matter how many times you do it the inspectors at the marshalling yard will find something.  Either you miss something on the paperwork or something wasn't packed or tied down proper.   I'm sure RGM has the system down.
