Help, anybody know what this is? Robby signed it at the old shop in NC 10 to 6 years ago, My sister aquired it there and she thinks its off an indy car brake area. Its carbon fiber and has #22 on the signature. help

Looks like a rear backing plate. Where it's signed is the bottom.

Robby did run the #22 in the CART series in 1999.I'd say your sister is correct.
