Notice the perforated panel in the side window. Radiator air outlet?
Is the scoop at top of the windshield the radiator inlet?
One more, is the cooler at the front a transmission cooler?
Surprised he didn't hide it more than this.
@Nikal, only speculating here, but with the billion viewers, the race being more watched that Indy, Daytona, and LeMans combined, King Shocks might have approached Robby with this official statement, "Please, please, please!!! Robby!!! Let's us provide the shocks!
Ok...now that this has debuted in the public eye, Robby has said all year long in interviews that he was basing a lot of the design based on the SST.....
Don't know? I'm a Fox guy myself! Fox on the race cars & prerunner. Except for my Polaris XP 900 4 which came with Walker Evens shocks. But those too are scheduled to be torn down & modified! They will still be Walkers, but with a twist!
@Nikal, what is the name of the King rep in the picture?
The only part that is somewhat surprising to me is the shocks. I knew it was going to be King or his own RGX shock, but I was leaning more to Robby using the RGX shock. Only because that is what he likes and uses on the TT & had on the Humbuggy. King is on the SST as those are mass qty'ed and each driver will want to adjust his own shocks.
I wonder if using the King shock is so they can fine tune the truck throughout the event, to get it where RG likes it? Or will they tune them depending on the Stage, unlike being able to do so with the RGX shock? Will will see RGX shocks next year once he knows what he likes & wants?
The Hummer used Kings its first year and then was switched to RGX shocks the following year. Does history repeat itself?
