Yes, it is on the Speedway main drag across from the track.....I may have been there a time or two in my 4 daytona trips :)
I emailed a few diecast companies and got the same response. There is nothing as of now for 2010. They also said its highly unlikely for any Robby Gordon diecasts 1/24 or 1/64 are going to made.

We went there in our only prior trip to Daytona - in July 2008 - it was so hot and we went there to cool down. They had tons of racing t-shirts and stuff there and the prices were good! It isn't huge, but worth a visit.
