If you look at the link on Rustys site, they said they have sponsor money, just not enough to do it the way they want to. I also wonder if Rusty is looking at possibly partnering with Robby to see if they can split the races... Rusty would still have some ties with Dodge to try to get additional support and they would possibly be willing to listen to Rusty. Rusty can throw some BS around talking to someone like Dodge and get some "perks" for a team.
Very interesting in how this may play out.
