OK thanks guys just wanted to know. Looked at the regulations and I think nothing big has changed for this years dakar. Which I think is good for Robby since last year they basically dropped a bomb when the strangled his engine power.

The cockpits are completely sealed and filtered, if I remember right.

and it would be my guess that the grill/headlight covers/turn signals just haven't been installed yet. The front spoiler is a little bit shorter than last years version.

Windshield, YES. And the cosmetic difference in the picture is the black grill vs the chrome Hummer grill used on the past.
