The car seems to have picked up a ton of associate sponsers in comparison to the first year. Does any one know what is under the what looks like a patch in the rear valance area and between the A and the N in Sylvania?

Is that Kobalt blue? Last time Robby had that color on his car at NH was in tthe 31 and we all know how that day ended.
