Actually now that I think about it...I think it is the shop lighting. The orange car Robby raced a few weeks back looked like a pale/pastel orange...but under sun-light it was bright orange. Probably the same deal here, same color as the header on Planet Robby...bright yellow.

seems like a lighter yellow not that bright neon yellow
