I would first question the authenticity of this car. It is a 2005 or earlier Monte Carlo body with 2006 and later headlights.... along with some other inaccuracies

This car must have been sitting there awhile. If you check this location out on Google earth you can see the car still there...interesting.

WHy has this vehicle not been taken care of? A tragedy....I'll put it in my driveway and inflate the tires.
