    Hey Kevin, Nice prerunner, looks very clean! Who built the chassis? What are the specs on the car and do you have some pix's of the car to show off or brag about?

    Very Nice! Yes I know of Lothringer. I have a two seat class 5 Baja Bug prerunner and a two seat older Chenowth buggy that was my grandfathers old prerunner. I am looking to build a 4 seat car as my family has grown and I am needing another seat. I would love to build a AlumiCraft, but that is not in the budget! I am friends with a few builders, and have kicked around having them build me a new chassis. I dont know if you know this or not, but Chenowth is back in business and I know the group that is starting it back up. So there is a chance I might go that route. The car I am looking to build would have a Honda 3.5 V6 attached to the new Weddle HV-1 gearbox. My thought is I would like to keep the car around 300 HP as I could then stick with 930 CV's and micro stubs, vs having to step up to 934 cv's and mid board hubs. Like you I would be using the car for more family cruising and prerunning once in a while.
