Thanks Mike! You know, I had known about this site several years back, but was absolutely amazed to see what it has grown into. I doubt I'll have time to be an active member, but I have been a Robby Gordon fan for years, and welcomed the chance to join and show support for one great racer! Whenever I see the seatbelt -- Dale Sr argument, it makes me want to say something. I believe if Dale Sr was racing Gordon and Wallace to the finish he would not have passed that day, might have even won the race.

He was doing something out of his skill set. He was blocking for Jr and Micheal something I never saw him do before. I feel bad for Sterling.

That said I believe there would have been many more injuries and deaths before NASCAR got its safety regulations together if it was not for that day.

Just my 2 bits.
