Hi back atcha!!!!! Not much going on here, just waiting for it to warm up a bit, altho I do have some flowers starting to grow in my front flowerbed. Got my crocuses to bloom as well. Always puts me in a good mood. Take care!!!!

Just checking in, thought I'd say hi. Been busy lately and not doing the online thing. Thought I'd pop in, see what I've missed lately and I'm waiting for a cake to cool so I can frost it. Nephew's wife (now my niece) is graduating from college so my brother's family is having a little party for her. Hope all is well with you. Take care :)

From what I've heard JJ is very tough to meet and Tony S. can be a real jerk! Good luck on both of those! Robby is still by far and away the best! Have fun in Chicago!

I have never heard of JJ making appearances unless they are sponsor related. I do no believe he goes out to his souvy trailer!

Be sure to join the new midwest group if your planning on attending the Lifelock 400 @ Joliet in July. I'll be posting all local events in there. I'm gonna try to get some local MIS,& Kansas people to do the same.

Hi back atcha! Hope all is well. Sounds like you had a busy weekend w/ Dad. Not much going on here. Was my son's 12th bday on Friday so we took him out for dinner and Saturday had a cookout/party for him. Had a houseful! He's back to school for the last week tomorrow so I get to recouperate from this weekend. Take care and TTYL :)

We'll be in the mid 80s again with high humidity. What I wouldn't give for just a little snow right now! I'll probably string some lights on the palm trees over the weekend. Done more shopping than I usually do at this point. I like to try to shop local and keep the business down here but you can only send out so many painted coconuts and Tshirts. We don't have chain stores like WalMart or Target, closest mall is about 3 hours away. So you gotta shop early when it's all over the Internet to allow for shipping out to family once you get it. Have a very Merry Christmas.

Just wanted to say hi. Been busy lately w/ Xmas shopping, anniversary party for my parents and that kind of stuff. Don't get on much lately. But I try. Just waiting for the Rally to start next month. Your theme looks cool! This will be my first year knowing where/how to follow Dakar, in the past I tried to catch what info I could but no clue where to keep up with the action so I'm excited. Being a Robby fan is great, no off season withdrawals like those who follow other nascar drivers!

We have a cold front coming down today and may dip down into the 70s. With some luck we'll be able to turn off the AC! First December it's ever been this hot. Hey girl, how ya been? Where in FL is your mom? We're gearing up for Daytona, go up for Speedweeks every year. We go to the Duels, truck and Nationwide races and leave early enough Sunday morning to get home in time for the 500s green flag. Just too many people, makes you feel like you're in a cattle herd! But Speedweeks is so exciting with everyone having high hopes for a new season. The sponsors put more into their exhibits than any other race. I can't wait. We go inside the fan zone for the Duels and get to see the action looking down into the garages so we see just about everybody as they roll their cars out, tech inspection up close, lots of really neat stuff. There are windows in each garage stall so you can watch your team getting the car ready. You gotta try it!

25, huh? You better start on that bucket list! LOL!! Is your birthday in March? Mine is, but I've got quite a few years on you... I don't look quite that far ahead anymore. Feel better! Mom will be there with her special comfort soon.

Yes, heard about Robby's plans. Thought of you when he announced the Monster deal. You won't have to change your page theme! He's running Daytona so we'll see him there. We don't stay for the 500. Way too packed. You can hardly move in the crowd much less buy refreshments. We'll see him for the Duels. We watch them from the fan zone above the garages and get to see everyone close up. I'll probably post pics. I'm getting so excited as it gets closer that I can hardly get any other work done. But I'd better try.

My turn to apologize... catching up on everything I was supposed to be doing while I was in Daytona and now have a guest at my house. My sister in law from Pennsylvania is visiting for the week and we've been keeping busy. When you live somewhere like the FL Keys, you start to take everything around you for granted. Your life is the same as if you lived elsewhere... go to work, clean the house, errands, etc. You can get so caught up in it that you miss life happening all around you. So when someone comes to visit it's a real treat. You start showing them around and realize how special it is to live on a tiny island 100 miles from the mainland. Maybe one day if you come on down I can share it's beautiy with you too!

Stress does a lot of bad things to the body... I'm an expert on the subject having experienced most of them! Good luck with the workouts.
