When did you become a Robby fan ?: I became a Robby fan about 6 years ago....I had never even seen a Nascar race but happened upon the Speed channel while they were doing an interview with Robby.They mentioned "doing the double" and I remembered him because my only racing experience at the time was about 45 years of never missing the Indy 500, including watching Robby getting into a helicopter and heading to Charlotte for the 600. At that time I had not a clue about Nascar , but when the subject of the single car owner /driver and the myriad of challenges it presented was discussed I decided to hang around and watch the race to see how he did. I've probably not missed 3 races since.I don't watch Robby to see Nascar, I watch Nascar to see Robby. My life has been changed, a passion I never knew that was within born because of belief in the dreams of a man who never gives up and lives his life full speed ahead to make his dreams come true.He puts his money where his mouth is and will reach victory lane with the #7 car. He's already a winner, because he is who he is.
What type of racing do you like ?: Yes
Will Robby ever win the Dakar Rally ?: Hell Yes!

I'm so glad ya got me all caught up!! Things sound good for you if not busy as Hell! Opening Day today at the Old baseball park for both my gals...................both lost. & my oldest is NOT used to losing! Her team has won the City Champs 3 years running, but they are now in the older 13-14 yr old division...... time to be humbled. they lost I think 14-11 so not TOO bad, & my Aimee got absolutly WACKED with the ball on her thigh at her last up to bats... time for a huge & I mean huge bruise 2morrrow.a war injury! poor baby.... but she;s a tough lil' cookie! as for Hailey....... I'm not sure of the final t-ball score, but honey, it Ain't good!!!!! needs a lil' work! So Robby sweetie, did a hell of a job Sat night comin' thru the field..... 20 spots was it? Hiya Chris!!! Hows all? I just saw on the news this am that the Richmond LL boys 10 & 11 year olds won the state Championship! Good for them! As for Aimee the ladies are pretty satisfied with their 2nd place, afterall they were the youngest team in Minors in 22 years to make the final game. So that consoled most of her team! My Grampa from TX is here for a visit then going to the race with us. Hailey knocked out her 2 front teeth at camp on Friday..... the poor little thing now has crowns for the rest of her life, but is no worse for the wear.... just thankful she is ok. Fell flat on her face jumproping.... You still sound busy as heck! 5 more weeks till school goes back! YAHOO! hugs!

Yes the 2 middle ones, broke in 1/2, composite crowns for now, & when she's older, porc. ones, once she's done developing... yes $700.... but insr. covered 85% Thank God! Cuz mamma ain't a money tree! The rain out race sucked today....... I even fell asleep sitting up while it rained & missed whatever problem he had to go -5 laps. Grampa left today..... the kids have been under foot inside cuz it';s sprinkling... blablabla...... Take care! hugs

yes Grampa is MEETING us at the race....he camps there, but beforehand he went to visit my great aunt upnorth then is driving over to MIS....I know, I am confusing!! Yeah just heard about the nasty storms for Sat..... glad we have a generator ( just in case!) Happy weekend :)))))

Well it is good to hear from you stranger!! Glad things are settling down your way. Life in the 'burg is good. I am going to meet Racingwench on Friday!! I love meeting people from the Planet. Going to meet some more friends this Sept. in NH. I have been seeing Kathy from here on a regular basis. She doesn't live far from a good friend of mine in PA. We, and a few others, went to a charity race last week and saw Kasey K and Kyle B. race. Both did well and represented Nascar/themselves great. I think Kyle gained some new fans too.

Hi Chris - they didn't do the cath (I posted it to all my planet epople) too many allergies, dye, novacane, lanacane, and the other stuff they wanted to give me, so we are going to try something else. Int he meantime, I just hand in and kekep on truckin'. Robby lost Jim Beam as a sponsor for next year, that's worse than the crash. I hope he can survive without them. Hate to see him have to sell out like Yates. Joan

Hi - just checking in - Robby never seems to do well at the CA tracks, hope he can get up to at least 32nd, not doing too well this year. Saw D. Regan and M. Waltrip on "Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader". Mikey won some $$ for Victory Juncion - Regan did OK. I go to cardio Dr. on Monday, will see where we go from there. Hunters you say! Yup, I've got one of those and he brought home a 10 point 188 pound buck! Meat is in the freezer and the head/antlers are off to our favorite t-dermist to be mounted! Glad you're doing well. I'm just not going to panic yet about next year! Somehow Rob always seems to pull a rabbit out of the hat so to speak!

WOW you are busy! Well I hope the hubby lets you get on the computer more often so you can stay in touch with us fools here. Hoping Robby has a good winter to get us thru until next season. Lord knows Nascar was BORRRIIINGGGG this year. I barely watched any races.

Robby is such a hot head - now on probation for rest of season. He should have ambushed Conway in a dark alley, not on the track. I would be pissed too,especially when he let Conway use his facility & team to get the Rookie of the Year last year - but, if Conway's sponsors aren't paying, he really can't do anything about that. Still I understand why Robby is mad, he gets screwed by everyone. Last time it was Everham, now this. Poor guy can't get honet people to work with and he gives it his all. Nice guys finish last. Hi Christie - Please keep in touch - haven't heard from you in AGES. Wimmer has cost RG his 35th in points, at least when Sauder drove he finished for Robby, not a high position, but at least not a DNF. My catarac surgery has been a nightmare - complicaitons galore and still going to dr. have another appt. 6/20 and one 6/27. Am still at work, and read my Planet mail when I can get a few minutes. No one here right now, so I'm checking the web, then will go for coffee. I really hate NASCAR - they took Johnny Sauder's win away from him in the truck series last week, black flagged him last lap, I was livid. Hope to hear from you soon. Do you still love to cook?
