I would say they do know. I think they were so tired from the playoff push that they played too lose the first three games. Finally woke up right before it was too late. I hope the Sharks win the series but i wouldn't be heartbroken if it takes 7 games so the Sharks wont have too much of a rest over the Hawks if they Win game 7

Yeah thats what happens when you fall behind 3-0 in the series, still a great effort. Thought after that SH goal that the Hawks were going to win in OT even had an early PP that they couldn't cash in on. At least the Hawks will be able to get some rest and be ready for next season, but in my opinion they need to sign Crawford to a huge contract, can't have another Niemi situation lol. And then get some Physical Defenders.

Hi Sherri! We loved the Easter card! Thank you!! It was a hectic weekend, as I went to see Elton John in concert Saturday night. He totally Crocodile ROCKED the packed house at the War Memorial Arena in Rochester. His voice was so strong, and his piano playing was phenomenal! We did Easter morning at my father's house, and gave Kesi a fun egg hunt. I'll never forget the first real Easter basket she ever got, and she said "Mommy, I can't believe the Easter Bunny knows we eat organic candy!"

Are you in the tornado watch zone in your state? I know a few counties in PA are, and a bunch here. I think the worst storms have passed here now. More tomorrow afternoon.

How are the Sharks doing? I read a lot of stuff on FB about everyone watching their favorite teams.

I am sad to miss yet another night race. They are my favorites next to road courses as far as nascar goes. I cannot wait to move! If I could livestream on my computer, and not go to the laudromat to do laundry, I would be a very happy woman!

Hi Sherri! It finally really looks and feels like Spring! Yay! How are the Sharks doing in this next set of games?

We actually got three tornadoes near here. Two were about a half hour from here, and one was only just outside Ithaca on the other side of town. It was crazy for a few days. The lakes here are slightly flooding, and backing up all the small creeks and the canal. The canal runs behind a bunch of businesses and the parking lots are partially flooded. They will not even let boats on the lake right now.

My mom arrived last night for a three week visit. It is so nice to see her again. I will be happy when she moves back to NYS for at least part of the year.

I am going to check out actually buying a house. I am interested in looking for an old farm house that needs some work. Not only do I need it to be affordable, but that way I can slowly make it what I want it to be. I am very partial to older houses because they are often built so much more sturdy. Then we could have our own space, and hopefully fast internet, and of course, no more laundromat!

Hi Sherri! How is PA, and how are you doing? It is late and I should be in bed, but I haven't been on the computer much in the last couple weeks, and tonight was apparently the night -hahaha! It has been rainy here a lot, which I don't mind because it's washing the pollen off everything and out of the air. I have been inundated with bad allergies for almost two weeks now.

I hope Robby gets what he talked about out of this weekend. Some FUN! I'm sure the whole team would benefit from having some fun. I am glad he is off road racing this weekend. Nascar can be a drag.

How is your brother's garden? Is it all planted? I am going to buy a CSA share in a farm near here. It will keep us in an abundance of organic fresh veggies, fruit, herbs and flowers from the end of this month till Nov., for about thirteen dollars a week. This particular farm has a lot of u-pick, and some of the quantities are unlimited.

Are the Sharks hanging in there?

I have thought of foreclosed houses also. Not sure how to find out about them, but I can probably find something on the computer. I need to do some other things first, and then really look. My mom's visit is going well, and fast. Too fast. Kesi and I are going camping after she leaves. I cannot wait to get out in the mountainy forest! I need some nature time. Hi Sherri! Well, not the best weekend for Robby again. Unfortunately, there seem to be some real struggles the last few years. It stinks. I finally went to the doc for my chest/wheezing, and my ears have been messed up. Got some steroids for the chest, and will try some antibiotics for my ear infection. I have to be healthy for our camping trip next week!

My mom is flying back to AZ today. :( She will come back for a few weeks in August. A workmate of mine passed away over the weekend from the treatments she was undergoing for cancer. She was declared cancer free a few weeks ago, but was so weakened by the chemo and radiation. I finally told Kesi, as we had both gone up to the hospital to visit her when she was doing better a few months ago. Very sad.

I never told you how much I liked the cute mom and babe panda pic you sent me for Mother's day. You are very thoughtful, and know how to cheer someone up! Thank you! I hope you are doing well, and are enjoying the warmer weather. I finally broke out with my work shorts, although my white legs are blinding everyone right now -hahaha! Take care and TTYL! :) Lynda

Yeah, it's just insane when you say something rational based on observation and then you get jumped on by some insane zealot or the "mod" takes pot shots at you. It's impossible to be excited about anything going on with Robby Gordon or RGM right now.

yes it was a black eye for sure, but most things today are as quickly forgotten as they happen. wow,still trying to digest the Flyers trades,the more i think about them the more i like them, the 2 kids form LA should turn be quality players for a long time.i'm just not sure of the price paid for Bryzgalov, to me he is still an unproven playoff goaltender, which was the problem, oh well maybe it's just me but....have a great weekend and enjoy the race. Hi Sherri! Glad you are doing well. A bit jealous that you can just go out into the garden and pick, but I am happy with the farm share I bought at a local farm this year. Picked strawberries off my friend's farm and am going to do some slicing and sugaring for shortcake as soon as I am done writing you.

I came on here to read the race chat yesterday, and chatted with Billy mostly. He kept me updated for the last half of the race or so. Not too bad considering. I am disappointed about Daytona. I understand the expense part, but he can do so well on the plate races. I am also worried that he will not race here at the Glen if he is not locked in, cause qualifying has been rained out so much the last bunch of years. It's been raining all summer, so..... It would really be a bummer to my race weekend if he was not racing here. It's all about Robby here at the Glen -hahaha! ;)

Yeah the peanut allergy thing is rather scary. I am sooooo hoping she turns out to not be allergic. I will know in a couple weeks when they do the more extensive tests. I just had my allergy lab work done today, and will know some stuff then too.

Hi Sherri! Happy 4th of July weekend to you! Do you have any plans? Being in PA, you must see fireworks all around you. Since it is not far away from here, everyone drives down there and buys them for their parties. Friends I have known since Kesi started school invited us to their party for the second year in a row, and they put on a good show. A guy I work with is having a party today, and we are probably going to to this evening. Again, they will have their own fireworks show. Amazing what you can buy and set off in your own backyard! My week at work was boring and busy. I have been running the same parts for too long. Next week will be better. I find it bad to not be using my brain much at work, and had a difficult week. Kesi started camp, and is already having a great summer. You are right, the farm share is a very awesom thing, and not something you can just find anywhere. This part of the state is great for a lot of things like that. I will definately keep you posted on the allergy adventure we are now on. They have a huge festival at Watkins Glen right now for the band Phish. It is a real hippie fest, and no one wants to go near that town cause it will be so busy! Good for the local economy. The indy races used to be on this weekend, but they will not be coming here this year. I hope you have a great weekend. I hope Robby does well today, and can pad his points, as well as his wallet. Hi Sherri! Just stopping in for a quick hi. I should be sleeping, but was anxietal about a trip I'm taking today, and all the things I haven't done yet. My dearest uncle passed away and the services are a few hours from here tomorrow night and Wed morning.

Work is picking up somewhat, and I've had a few set ups lately so that is good. Kesi is having a great time at camp again. I have still been hot and tired, and have not been on the computer since last time. Heaven knows what is going on in the world! ;) Talk more soon. Have a good week! :) Lynda

Hi Sherri! How was your weekend? Boy, it is gonna be hot this week! Not really looking forward to it. I am either freezing my ass off at work or sweating to death! Cannot have an air conditioner here, cause of the weird windows. It is actually pretty cool in my apt cause of the shady trees and the cement block construction. It is work that is killing me heat wise. As far as tired, I am probably not doing enough physical exercise. Gotta put some out to get back the energy, and I am not doing that. Should have put in the garden -haha!

I am finally doing what I need to to look for a house to buy. Gonna put in the paperwork for a mortgage this week, and see what comes back. Looking at buying a newer vehicle too. Someone I know is selling theirs, and I like it. I need to move forward with some stuff more than I have been doing. Always a day late and a dollar short here -haha!

Looks like Scott Wimmer did a decent job this weekend, and Robby did will with his race adventure, too. Good to see. Just need to stay in the top 35 till the Glen. Don't want to see him miss out due to rained out qualifying. That race is my main event of the summer!

No i have not evaded the heat. Its been close to 100 the past few days. Hopefully Kane will be ready for training camp, who knows Hawks are gonna need to be at full strength if they are gonna be competitors this year.

Got it. It needs restoring obviously and it's probably 90% complete. It doesn't run but I didn't expect it to. Not too shabby for the price.

I always strive to revive them back to how they looked on the showroom floor.
