Hi Billy. I hope you have gotten through your long work days, and are starting to enjoy a few days with your son.

Well, you have been to some of the more significant tracks! The sports cars are fun to watch, especially when it starts to get dark and they run their lights. They actually run twice at the Glen, once for the 6 hours race, and on the Friday of Nascar weekend.

I am now getting psyched for the Dakar Rally. Let's face it, we are fans of the coolest racer out there!

Hi Billy, Merry Christmas! I am just finishing up for the night. My mom is up from AZ, so it's been a nice holiday season. We're going to have a heat wave (35-37deg) for the next few days. The rain is supposed to knock out all the snow. I'm sure you're looking forward to seeing your son, and I hope you both have a lot of fun. Have a great Christmas, and a Happy New Year!

I am excited for Robby's plans this year, esp. with not knowing for so long. I am still hopefull he can pull off more cup races over the season, but it looks like he is going to have some fun doing other things this year, too. The monster truck thing sounds fun. I forgot to tell my daughter about that. We never watched much tv (don't have anything, now), but I used to let her watch the monster trucks sometimes, and of course, she loved it. Too bad they probably don't show that on the justintv or anywhere else on the computer, since that's all I have right now.

Hi Billy, did you go to any of the super bowl events? We got a lot of overflow tourists here in the Keys, what a boost to our economy! They only impact us indirectly. None of them need a small engine fixed but if they stop to eat somewhere, the folks that work at the restaurant have money to get their stuff worked on. Do you go to any Daytona races? We go up for the Duels through Nationwide, get home in time to watch the green flag drop for the 500. Here's to a great season for Robby!

We've never been to a July race, just way too hot. But when you're with your son, none of that matters. Will it be his first race? He'll love it. We're looking forward to the day we can take our grandsons to a race with us. They live in Indiana so it'll be a while before we can do that. But to watch a new world open before their eyes is the greatest gift of parenthood. See ya when you venture south!

Hi Billy! We are doing pretty good. We actually don't have a ton of snow on the ground, but it's been plenty cold. I am going to take Kesi to Disney World in a couple years. I have not been to FL in a long time, but I used to know Sanibel Island well. You and your son will have a great time, and how nice that you get to have some time with him on your own turf! I took Kesi to her first cup race when she was 3. She hid in the fort she made out of her stroller, and told me afterwards that the people were 'annoying' -haha. I took her to the Six Hours of the Glen weekend last year, but not the cup raceweekend. Hang in there with the work. Take care and talk to you again, Lynda

Hi Billy, I have to catch up on everything, too, because my computer (only link to the outside world) had serious issues on Sunday. I lucked out because my sis rents a room to a computer guru, and he at least helped me get the basics going, but I missed the entire race. Sherri finally got back to me, cause her computer has been down for a couple weeks!

Hi Billy, I realized I never answered your last comment on my page. I REALLY miss my computer when it is not fuctioning, because it is the only link I have to the outside world right now. The guru was supposed to do some more work on it last night, but the roads were too hazardous to even drive the few miles to my place. Over the last 2 days I have spent 4 hours removing snow! Yeah, you don't want to get stuck up here! :) I am able to watch the races on it now, and do most of the stuff I need to do. Kesi and I are doing well, and have had some fun over the past two 'snow days'. (off from school) You probably don't have those down there, huh. After not qualifying for the race this weekend, I sure hope this team can pull it together for raceday! Here's hoping....Lynda

Hi Billy , just wanted to let you know that I'm back , and my computer is now working better than ever . It really sucked not having it , but I survived ! LOL

Did you venture up here last month ? If you did , I'm sure you saw just how much snow we had . Indiana County got over 45 inches total last month , and a total of over 74 inches for the winter . I sure hope spring is on the way , I'm ready for it !

Hi Billy. Thanks for the update! I will have to check another time and see how Mark did. Yeah the qualifying on time thing stinks, but hopefully he makes it and can shine on the track. I am going to try to get the digital tuner hooked up and (hopefully) working by the weekend, as I think I may be able to get a fox station here. I'm pretty sure PBS does not carry racing -haha! I fell asleep after reading to Kesi tonight, and then got up as a night owl to make lunches, get coffee ready to brew, ect. I think I need a better antenna for the digital. The apartment is cinderblock, and I am downstairs. I am hopeful. I did not care about even getting that when I could livestream off the computer. I used to joke that I only paid for cable to watch racing. It's funny cause it's true -haha. Do you have a house or apt. in FL? I dream of the day of having my own house and land. Howdy! I somehow missed your comment on my page. Sounds like you are not lacking in the work department right now. I have been pretty busy too, although I obviously don't put in those kind of hours in at work. I do manage some minor OT everyweek. Even when it is slow for building the multislide tools, the head of the CNC department is more than happy to have me set up and run those machines. He keeps trying to subtly recruit me to work for him, as they are always busy. Hope you have a very happy halloween. :)

Hi Billy! I am liking the new look for his car and all the cars. They do look a bit more genuine. I am happy for the Dodge thing too. I do believe that being one of only 3 out there, and working with the manufacturer as well as buying Penske motors and having an affiliation with them is really good for this small team.
