Yea, I saw the turtle wax car. Probably gonna let it go. Customs really dont mean much to me. I'd like to have it but after paying as much as I did for the WG I really dont need that one. I bet it will sell for around $160-180

oh dude.....i did the RP experience that it was friggin AWESOME!! Make sure you do a tandum ride as well as a solo ride......you'll be on a high for days and days!! The guy who drove, was doing about 166 on the track and inches from the wall......for my solo ride, I was doing around 134 and was instructed to go 'faster'!! It was an awesome experience!!

Charlotte is not a bad race and there are lots of other Nascar things to do in the area too. You can get tickets VERY cheap for the fall race as time gets closer.

Yeah, the uniform doesn't lie. I did the RPDE at NHMS. 8 laps driving a Cup car. Very cool. If you can pony up some dough do it! It's worth it! The ride along program is good too. The instructors wind it up a little more (and get a lot closer to the wall).

The race is in your home state this weekend. Have you ever been to a Richmond race? Do you ever get back Yorktown?

I am so jealous. I would love to go to a Richmond race sometime. I am actually going to my very first live race in Michigan this June. I'm excited as well. I'm sure you will have a great time and I hope Robby has much better luck this weekend! I hope the weather cooperates, it is pouring here (Ohio) right now and it looks like there is 30% chance of rain in Richmond both Friday and Saturday.

I think you got to see two great races. Robby finally had the finish he and the team deserve and all of us have been waiting for. Love him or hate him, Kyle Busch is just a freaking great racer. I saw that there was a little rain before the race, but it was nice not to have any rain cautions. Have a safe trip back to PA. Later!

So what are you doing now that you are back home? Weren't you going to school in PA? So does that mean you're graduated now? Wow, that's a lot of races. I can't keep up with that. No more races this year, and we haven't decided which races to go to next year yet. I would like to go to each track for a race at least once. So you really like Watkins Glen? That's one race I'm not sure about, because I am not a camper. I would have to find the closest hotel, so that one isn't on my immediate must see list. I'll probably avoid Charlotte also because tofall the HOF stuff going on. I would love to go to Daytona in February. I've got to figure it out quickly.

Ya we'll see about it. We work rotating schedules here,& are not supposed to switch on-call weeks. Well I didn't know we weren't until after I did. I told my mgr's I won't schedule anything for my weeks again. I also told them they won't have to worry about me switching for a race again for 3yrs.Thats the way it shakes out for Joliet. Sooo I think January might just be a lil soon to go back on that.

Saturday was one lonngggg day of racing! Wish it wasn't so cold but we braved it out. It never drops below 45 where we live so we really felt it. The racing was so good it helped keep us warm. Have you been down to Daytona? There's something magic about it for the 500 at least. Thanks for stopping by!
