Hey. What a great run yesterday by Robby. There was lots of jumping up and down and screaming in my living room. I got on the computer this morning to join in the celebration only to be disappointed by finding out that Robby won't be at NH. I hate that for you. That will put a damper on your whole weekend. Yeah, school is out. My first year was o.k....nothing to write home about. Just trying to enjoy the summer. I hope you are doing the same. I am not sure I knew you were going to Indy and it took me a while to figure out that Robby didn't go to Eldora. My visits here are not as regular as they used to be. It sucks that you've missed him so much this year. I know it's no consolation, but I was really pissed when the souvenir trailer wasn't at Bristol. You'll have fun at the race anyway...just being around the atmosphere is always cool.

However since work provided the tickets for FREE!, maybe that will be a good omen. (Although, I think I will order my new favorite shirt to pack with my Planet one just in case!)

She's been with me for 5 weeks already and it seems like she's been part of my life forever. Hope all is well in the buckeye state.

Hot and humid here too, but that's typical. Probably won't make another race until Homestead. This is busy season at the shop so hard to get away. TOG made a comment about changing the site over to Dakar after the Homestead race, whether or not Robby drives there. It's the same weekend as Baja 1000 but he usually does both. Sounds like it isn't sponsored so may not bother. We have season tix so we'll go anyway. You're still welcome to join us. At least we have a clue in advance he may not run so it won't be your fault!

National news made more out of it than it really was. Local news out of DC had people calling in with their stories. Most people thought it was a low flying airplane, etc. Seemed like there was hardly any damage too- thank goodness! My favorite was a guy interviewed at the Rockville, MD metro who sarcastically said it was the beginning of the 2012 stuff. He was looking forward to his new beach front property and his relatives were NOT invited to come and visit. Tremors felt all the way out here and into PA.
