Hi Alex . I didn't see any of the hockey games , but I'm happy with team USA's silver medal . Team Canada just had so many great players , I think it says a lot for our guys that they made it to the gold medal game .

Sorry to hear that , but I don't think you need me to tell you that things will get better , you just have to wait and be patient . Be happy that your education is going well , and maybe there's something you can do about other areas of your life that you're not happy about . As for your sports teams , there will be times when they'll break your heart , but just when you think they will never play well again , they'll surprise you at the time when you swear that you're done with them . Hang in there Alex , bad times and sad times don't last forever .

I was a long time Peter Bondra fan. Really pissed at the CAPS for a couple of years when they traded him and others a few years ago. I don't dislike Ovechin, but I am not the big 8 fan everyone else is. MMmmm.. kinda like Nascar 'cept it is now the 88. Oh well, I wear a Mike Green jersey. I don't think the defensemen get the credit they deserve.

Yes it's the final week . I saw that your Hawks clinched the division , congrats to them . I think it would be so cool if they would play in the Western Final . Who knows , it might happen , and if it does , hopefully the Sharks would be at their best . It's been pretty hit or miss for them since the Olympic break . Right now I'm just hoping they make it past the first round . =)

Well , I hope the Hawks smack those Wings around and give them the hardest game they've ever had . I only wish this because it might turn out that the Sharks will have to play them in the first round . It would help if they're a little battered and bruised . =)

Why would they want to lay down at home when it's the last game ? I would expect them to go out and kick ass and take names . If Detroit wants to win , make them work for it . The Sharks had to work for their win against Phoenix , that team is so much better than they were at the start of the season . They have earned their spot in the play offs .

I see both our teams play today. I also see both of our teams have not made an official decision on who their goalies will be in the playoffs. Here's hoping the CAPS beat the Bruins, the Hawks beat the Wings, and the Penguins (my least favorite team) get stomped!

I hope you get to go. The energy level at a live hockey game is one thing, but at a playoff game- so exciting! I was lucky enough to sit in the Toyota box at the phone booth (Verizon Center) last year for game 7 against the Rangers. Winning was fantastic, but the party in the streets afterwards was indescribable. Fingers crossed you get to have the same fun.
