We will have to go get some when I visit in May. Bring it home and have it with some wine??? Ooohhhh there is a great WV wine that is made just for that occasion. You put it in the freezer and pour it on top just like a syrup. I will look into that if you are interested.

Well if Gibby and I do the Nashville race, you two can join us there. That should be a straight shot south for you?? 14 hours for me, so I think I will fly. Wherever you end up, I hope you have the best time.
And yes, I am expecting nothing less than a good time whenever/wherever we end up this year!

Safe travels Jaci! It was great to meet you and enjoy some of the weekend together. We've been going to Daytona for 10 years now and this was definitely the strangest/coldest event weekend yet. Hope you enjoyed it.

Glad you made it home safe. Did you get to stop in Charlotte at any of the shops? We decided to drive home Sunday and listened to the race on the radio. It was so nice without hearing DW's voice! We really needed to do some thing here on Monday but it was very tempting to stay an extra day. Hope we can enjoy a race together again soon. It's gonna be tough getting back into work mode today!

Not that the Dinger is not something to smile about, but I can think of a few other drivers I would much rather see smiling back at me! Thinking we may have to 'stalk' one or two out here in the future so you can have others looking at you from your page. (Cue the Mission Impossible theme!)

We started to leave around that same time and stopped in the restroom. On the way out, I couldn't find my phone so back to the restroom, then back to our seats to continue the hunt. Looked all over but still couldn't find it. Hoped I left it back in the car but as we headed back out, I realized I had it in a different pocket. Duh!!!! It was so cold my brain cells weren't working.

I'm glad you had such a great time. I want to do that so bad some day. I think just being there and walking around in the fan zone would be just as much fun as the actual race.

I haven't been to school since last Tuesday. The snow isn't really that deep right now. It just keeps snowing and melting and snowing and melting... We were out a whole extra week and a half for Christmas. I have a feeling the March race here is going to be veeeeeery cold!!!

All your pics tell a great story. You really contribute a lot to this site, and I for one appreciate it! So when is your next race? I hope the trip home wasn't too bad. It's rough to be in FL one day, and back into the winter wonderland the next. I hope you make it to the Glen sometime. It is my goal to be able to hit some more tracks in the next couple years. Reading your post about the bidding on the Nascar rides. Does this confirm no Indy for Robby?? Does this mean we (the HO Sweetie gang) are going to have to bid against each other in NH? Will I have to hurt someone in the group who outbids me? Why, Robby, Why?? You know this could be easily solved if Kevin would put himself out there too.

We had about a foot of wet snow today. We were supposed to get a bigger storm for tomorrow but now they are saying that the storm is going to bring in warmer weather so we are going to get an inch or 2 and then it will switch to all rain. RATS!!! About 20 miles from here got 26.5 inches of snow today! Close call. Hope you had a good day!

Hey kiddo, looks like you had a great time in Daytona. One of these years I'll make it down. Just need to let you know, I will not be in New Hampshire for the June race. In fact I'm going to be in Cleveland, OH (your neck of the woods), but Wayne will be here. I have a conference to go to.

Yes the bball Bucks are doing great this year...I only follow them toward the end of the season to see if they are going to the tournament. Should be fun to watch...snow almost gone in the backyard, still big piles in the front yard. Hopefully they will melt away the next couple of days. Here's to RG having a good day today.
