To say that the Twins completely dominated this year would be a lie. While they did go 17-4 in their last 21 games, it took a lot of help to win the division. I hope you root for the twins against the Yankee$. That said, what can I do to get you to try the Brett Favre kool aid? LOL

How's it going for Austin and his family ? No one wants to go through bad times , but unfortunately , there are times when we have no choice . I hope things are looking up for him and his family .

You know Alex , it's not that everyone hated or disliked Austin , so much as I think none of us really understood him . You have to admit he changed direction almost constantly , and kept us guessing about what he would do or say next . So , if you would , please let him know there's at least one person here that is wishing him and his family well .

Sir Alex , I hope Austin knows just how lucky he is to have a friend like you . I also hope he appreciates you . I remember many times when you defended him to someone here who was upset by something he said . Friends like you are hard to find , so again I'd like to say that I hope Austin knows what he has with you as his friend .

I think you two complement one another . I'm glad that he's a great friend to you . We all need a great friend in our lives .

The Sharks have been in a number of shootouts so far this season too . It's possible that this one could be another one . Besides , I like the shootouts . =)

Maybe that is true , but the Hawks also have the team that could beat the Sharks . Games like these are the best kind , simply because of the competition level . Unless one team comes out completely flat , and the other takes complete advantage , I think it will be a game that could go down to the very end . Or perhaps OT or a shootout . We'll have to wait and see .

It's possible they will win , but in the game of hockey , anything can happen . The Sharks are working hard , and the Hawks look like a swarm of bees with those black jerseys they're wearing . They've been working hard all night too , but not too much has gone their way .

That game against Detroit should be a great one . I hope the Hawks beat them .

Hi Alex , how's it going ? I saw that you changed your avatar to Wilford Brimley , and I had to tell you I like it . I'll watch that guy in just about anything . =) I think it would be a great thing if someone would decide to bring awareness of diabetes to Nascar, as so many people are living and dealing with it every day . Think of how many people could be reached during a weekend .

It would be nice to see Dexter get more sponsorship money and get more attention . Of course with so many other famous drivers , it would be so easy for anyone of them to raise awareness of Diabetes . Wouldn't it be cool if Robby would do it ?

The Hawks are awesome this season , and yes , they play the Sharks on.Thursday . It should be a great game . I'm thinking the Hawks will come away with the best record this season , the Sharks have been too inconsistent. Of course they could change that and bring their A game the rest of the season . =) There's still a good bit of the season left , so anything is possible . Good luck to the Hawks .

I just read in the Frontstretch newsletter that the 2011 Mustang GT that was unveiled yesterday will be auctioned off by Barrett-Jackson on Sat. , and all of the proceeds will go to Juvenile Diabetes . Richard Petty will preside over the whole thing . Let's hope the car goes for a lot of money !
