I have a great little trinket box in the form of a sea turtle. He's green cloisienee (sp) with sparkly green stones. I can't spell this morning either! So many of the sea turtles are endangered!
I work for Cardinal Health. My husband works at NetJets across the street from Easton. We are going to see a movie at Easton tonight and then stop by the Cheesecake Factory for dessert. You have a great Easter as well!
That is definitely the main goal. Finishing ahead of the 34 & 98 would be even better. He is 9 points behind the 34 & 12 behind the 98 to get to back to 32nd.
I guess you weren't the only one at the Spring game, I heard there was a record crowd of 95,722. It did end up being a beautiful day and looks like today is going to be just as nice. Are you ready for some racing?
Hey neighbor! My week is going quickly, I've been so busy at work. I think things will go better for Robby this weekend, then again, he doesn't have much room for them to get worse. Looking forward to a busy Saturday. I will be parked on the couch all day watching the Kentucky Derby and then the race. I love night racing!
Well, Robby is starting 36th, let's hope he finishes better than that. Doesn't look like the weather this weekend is going to be even close to being as nice as it was last weekend. Good thing the Spring Game was last weekend instead of this one.
This is a great morning, almost as good as the day after a Buckeye win. I can't imagine how I would feel today if he actually won. I will take another 16th place next weekend. Yeah, a girlfriend and I are going to the Prelude. It is only $25 and 1 1/2 hours away. I can work from home 1 day a week, so I will do that on Thursday. I have been wanting to go the last few years, and Robby being in it is just extra incentive. You should go. My husband and I are going to the Michigan race ten days later. I'm even considering going to Mid-Ohio the following week for the Rolex Grand-Am race. I have never been to a live race, and now I maybe going to 3 in one month. Too crazy!
Hello neighbor. Are you ready for another raceday? Starting 28th, isn't too bad. I hope he can keep it off the wall and bring home another solid finish. Are you going to visit your mom on Sunday? I'm going to Newark to take my mom out for lunch. Her birthday is Wednesday, so she gets a two for one deal.
I don't like to admit being from Newark, but I lived there most of my life and that is where my family is. I graduated from Newark High School a long time ago. Where do you live? My parents live near 30th and Church. I lived on the North end, up by Adornettos, until we moved north of Dublin in 2002. My husband and I both worked for the hospital before my husband got a job in Columbus, so we moved here to be closer. That is too crazy.
No way. My dad was in the military. We lived in Newark twice and both times lived with my grandmother for awhile on Dry Creek Road (know where that is, off of 13). I went to Newton Elem for Kindergarten and Utica High for 10th grade. So did you grow up in Van Atta? I could have walked to NC from Mom & Dad's and some of the kids on our street went to NC. Do you know the Crumrines (Mike or Jeff and I can't remember the older boys name)?
Howdy neighbor, saw you were online. Are you ready for another weekend of racing? I'm looking forward to the shootout tomorrow and hoping that RG gets into the All-Star race.
All the restaurants were so busy at lunch, my mom and I went shopping first and didn't eat until 2. I am disappointed they canceled qualifying as well. I hope he goes all out to get into the race.
Morning sunshine. I am most definitely ready for some racin. I hope it is an exciting race. I haven't watched trackside yet either. I keep avoiding the videos posted until I see it on TV.
Hello, how are you? I'm just north of Minneapolis right now. We have driven over 1600 miles in the last 5 days and we are only 5 days in of a 12 day vacation. I guess the race was rained out. I was looking forward to getting into the hotel and watching it tonight. I won't be able to see any of it now. Hopefully Robby does well. I will catch up with you later.
I'll be back home on the 31st. I hope I can find the race on the radio somewhere, of course they will probably never let me know where Robby is but at least I'll hear something. I don't suppose my dvr will pick up the race today.
Hey neighbor, I made it back home. I got to see the end of the race, unfortunately Robby was already done. That really sucks for him. I really wanted another great result, but I hope he is okay. I can't wait until Wednesday. I'm looking forward to going to Eldora.
I'm bummed, I drove two hours to Eldora and they had just decided to postpone the race. I hope you are enjoying your week. Have fun in amish country Friday.
Have fun at graduation tomorrow. I root enough for several people, so I've got you covered. It is hard not to eat too much in Amish Country, they know how to cook. We have a Der Dutchman less than 10 minutes from me and I always eat too much. Actually, fried chicken sounds really good right now.
It was great. I'm ready to go back. I can't believe how cool it is to see the whole race. The weather was awesome and he got a really good finish. I think this is going to be his month.
Hey neighbor! Are you ready for a great race tomorrow. Looks like Robby has the car running fast. Now he just needs to avoid trouble and be in position for a great finish. What are you doing this beautiful Saturday afternoon?
Howdy neighbor! How are things out on the eastside. Another race weekend is upon us. Another good race track for Robby, lets hope the rain holds off. We are heading up to Michigan again for a few days, so I won't get to see the race until I get back, but I will check how Robby did online. Have a great weekend!
Hello neighbor! How have you been? Do you have plans for the long weekend? I'm probably going to waste some beautiful weather (finally) sitting inside watching racing. Are you ready for the night race, or will you be somewhere watching fireworks?
Hey there. How have you been? We still need to meet for lunch or something sometime. We are getting rain here right now. I bet it is headed your way. I'm looking forward to a good race and hopefully a good finish for Robby. I say that every race and I think I am usually disappointed. I just hope that's not the case this week (fingers crossed).
Hey you. I wish I could watch at work, but they block us from everything except leaderboards. I might try to work from home in the afternoon, but not sure if that will work out either. I will have to record and watch later. No, I went to the June Michigan race, I'm not going to the one this weekend. I'm meeting some of the members from here at the New Hampshire race next month and I still have my Prelude tickets. :)
Hi, so nice to hear from you. I know, the summer just blew by, I'm so bummed. This is the first time in 20 some years I didn't get tickets to a home game. They started this new lottery for the alumni and I didn't win the chance to buy tickets this year. There are so many of us that want them and there just doesn't seem to be enough tickets to go around. I did buy two tickets to the game @Indiana, so I will get to see them play. I hope you get to go, if I hear of any, I will let you know.
Yeah, I was really proud of the Bucks, I think they did a good job and probably surprised a lot of people. You know I will get lots of pics, no trailer, so not many if any of the driver.
Hi neighbor. Ready for the game tomorrow? I'm going to be at the game in Bloomington. My first Buckeye away game. I didn't win the chance to purchase home game tickets in the lottery this year. 1st year not going to a home game in over 20 years. :) Guess I could have found some online, but this will be fun. They should do well tomorrow.
Hey, how have you been? Ready for the game today and racing tonight? I'm just going to spend this cold Saturday in front of the TV. Hope all is well with you. We really do need to meet for lunch someday.
The Buckeyes looked much better this weekend, but the true test is in the next two weeks. Happy Valley is going to be tough. Teddy Ginn had a great day for the Dolphins. Just wish Robby didn't get caught up in someone else's mess. He had such a great race. I know we keep saying it, but we really need to schedule a lunch. I can come over to Easton. Had Five Guys last night, my first time since they opened it. My husband has it for lunch all the time.
I'm all the way over in Dublin. Not much in between. I can take a long lunch though. Five Guys is a hamburger joint in the main building at Easton. It's on the 2nd floor near Adobe Gilas and the Buckeye Corner.
It just sucks for the team after running so well. They need a good finish bad.
I'm as ready as I can be. I have already started biting my nails as it's going to be a tough game. We are going to run some errands before the game so we can enjoy some of the nice weather. I will be in Newark with my parents the day of Thanksgiving and then probably going up north to visit my husband's family Friday and Saturday. The week after next will work, except I will probably take Friday off to follow Baja. The week of Thanksgiving is also good for me.
