Didn't get to the Gym at all last week! Starting back again tomorrow! Work has been real hectic, which is good, but putting in alot of hours! Good for you on the stair stepper thingy! I haven't tried that at all yet! I usually just do an hour on the elyptical and then some ab work! That is enough for me! Take care! Love ya

Most snow is gone! Kind of overcast today and it's supposed to be opening day of baseball season.

Thinking about chat last night and looking at your profile picture. Would you like to borrow my poppy high heels?? They would match the hubby's shirt!! Found out it is going to be colder this weekend so that throws a damper to my Easter outfit for church. I just wanted to put on the 3 1/2 inches and feel like a girl again. Working with all men and working here, there is not a time/place for the heels.

Hope you had a fantastic Easter. Mine was great. I spent it with SSM and family. There was so much food, and SSM's mom gave me an Easter basket!! How thoughtful was that!?!?! I didn't get home until Mon. as SSM had to work. Got to see the full uniform, and it made for a nice package. (LOL!! Was that a bad pun?) Christina was trying to get me to sneak a photo while SSM napped on the couch before we left. SSM worked night shift so I insisted on the nap.
Like you, I have been busy catching up on things. Got back into chat with Gibby and Vass last night. We said we were going to do it again tonight so stop by around 10 if you can. Further details can and will be provided there. Have a great Wed. Love ya!!!

We leave tomorrow. Mouse and Path told me last night they are going to leave tonight to start to my place. We will meet Gibby at the hotel in 'Bama Friday. The hotel is only 10-15 minutes from the track and pretty cheap considering the going rate around there. It is an invitation only thing so it all works out in the end. I have been staying there since '93 ('cept 1 year) and I have enjoyed my time there a lot!! Always feels like a reunion of sorts.
Take care and hold down the fort while we are gone. I am taking the laptop so I may be in touch. Love ya!!!

I was at Williams Gove just outside of Harrisburg. My friend Susan (Joyce's sister) lives there as well as a certain SSM. SSM did NOT go to the races, but that was ok. Susan and I had a blast!!
I have a bunch of photos from Dega. Not sure where to post them. I did post one from my cell phone on Joan's page. We have a lot of Robby pictures, but I didn't want to overdo the blog. He spent a LOT of time with us. You would not believe how much stuff he gave us. He signed it all too. In other words, the real fans made out like bandits.

I don't know if I want to go either. I have been working on the planning slowly but surely. Taking a back seat to let someone else do it. HOWEVER, the invitation lists me as "the organizer"! Like I said, I need to forward it to you. They are pretty neat, and they save postage since it is going up next week.
As for SSM- one never knows what the schedule will bring. It is always a "we'll see" kinda thing. Plans are still on so fingers crossed. Supposed to see SSM this weekend. It is up to UPS to see how this weekend "delivers"! ;)

Things here suck!! GM shut down the area dealerships. Loss of employment. Loss of pride too as this is a GM town- tried and true. GM at one time employed (directly or indirectly) over half the town. Many people still loyal to them.

I think my job will be ok as I am more affliated with Toyota. I do have cross training and multiple certifications for GM. I do not want to see any of my friends go without a job. The situation with those letters from GM is stranger than I was first led to believe. Right now people are waiting to see what happens in June. The whole picture could change. Fingers crossed your husband will continue to keep his job. Glad the tv is fixed too. Guess all you need is to be able to put those paint brushes away! Heading to PA today for Susan's birthday. Can't seem to get Path motivated for it, so I went myself! Got to pick her up from work at 5pm, so I am going back in around 3pm!!! I did the elyptical machine for just over an hour! Felt good yesterday, but quite lame now!!! Got to get back into it!!!! Headed out to spread 4 yards of bark mulch!
