I am not very familiar with the mini laptops. Might want to look into one myself. I should get a hold of someone about getting my laptop fixed. It works ok the way it is, but I need to do better. Work was great today. I spent most of the afternoon with a friend of mine who works for Toyota. I have said it before, if Robby gets treated half as good as I have with them, then he will love working with them.

Kick boxing yes! Obvoiusly you have been reading other people's pages! I used to do it and then the instructor got pregnant. When she came back her class was scheduled too early for me to take. I have missed it. As for sports, I love hockey, football and obviously racing. Better in person too you know. Baseball, no way- too slow for me. Love ya back!!

I like sports. I like them in person too. Something about being with a lot of people yelling and screaming is calming to me. Strange?? Path and I were talking about that very thing last night. She is a hockey girl too. We just root for different teams. I tried baseball in person as the owner of where I work sent us to an Orioles/Braves game. SOOOooo boring! Have to say "No thanks" to future games.

I have noticed when I am missing gloves etc., I will find them in jacket pockets or on the floor of the closet. When you get the painting done, you should email some photos. Loved to see what you are doing with the colors, etc. Staying warm, but it is only 10 here now. TOOOOO cold for me! Supposed to warm up to 30. Unbelievable that 30 is considered a "warm up". Hey kiddo, still very cold here. Around zero this AM I believe! I'm working today (11-7), off tomorrow, Lancome school Wednesday, 11-7 on Thursday and off Friday and Saturday. This is my last week of peace and quiet because my manager is back next week.

Understand about the water mains etc. DC has a lot of that this time of year too. My neighbors outside pipe burst last weekend and I could not get a hold of them. The water company came out to shut off the water,but lord knows how long it was like that before anyone knew. I am grateful your husband has a job too. We actually had our first "measurable snow" today. Yep, a whole inch!! Just got back in from getting lunch and most of it has melted already. Weatherman tells us we are in the "treacherous zone" and we are to get an inch of ice tonight. OH JOY!!
Aahhh the grocery store before the storm- what fun. NOT!! Actually, I went there at lunch to get something I need for tomorrow and there was hardly a sole in the place. The natives here know when it is going to be bad and when it is just scare tactics. Also, if it were to be bad, it doesn't usually last very long.

Yep. We had a whole inch. Now it is raining a very, very fine mist that is supposed to add up to an inch of ice. Watching the weather now and it does not look like we are going to get much by the way the storm is tracking. It appears that it is going to the north of us. My boss told us we did not have to come in if it is bad, but I have a feeling I will go in sometime.

I have a huge pile of snow in my yard from the plow - it kind of blocks the view of the road! Poor dogs! They just don't understand ice do they? Now my cat on the other hand is a different story! He is an indoor kitty so I don't have to worry about him or my birds but he likes to weigh himself. Every AM he comes into the bathroom with me and steps on the scale (all four paws) and waits until it registers. He weighs 11 pounds.
