It is with the #1 team in the state at the state capitol in Charleston. It is really 5 hours with some back road short cuts, but not everyone is into the back roads like I am. The sad thing is I am closer to 5 other state capitols than my own. I hope we kick some but as the rest of the state doesn't recognize us as part of the state. Funny, without our area, they could not pay their bills! Not going by myself. We will have a LARGE caravan of people as we are obsessed. Cross your fingers for a win so we can play at home next week. Path's first day back and my 2nd in a row! She did 1 hour on the tread mill and I did my full ab workout and 45 minuites on the elyptical machine! Burned 750 calories alone on that! Now to the shower, take Path to work, and maybe, just maybe, get out for a walk in the woods! It is hunting season and I haven't made the time to get out there yet!! I used to go all the time! Hey lady! All good so far. We got the 60 degree weather yesterday, so I had the front door open for awhile. It is 55 now, but supposed to go down to the low 40's this afternoon and chance of freezing rain. Yippee... NOT! Have not been in a mood to shop so I can not relate. That sudden stop will do it to you everytime! Weather here sucks today! Not as bad as they were predicting so far! We were supposed to be getting 5-10 inches and then sleet and freezing rain, but only ended up with about an inch before going over to sleet! Light rain right now!!!! Glad you are back at the gym! We always feel great after coming out of there! I'm sure you do as well! We have been back since Sunday after a 7 week absense!! Path missed yesterday due to work and then a meeting last night! I have done the last several days of cardio only! Three days in a row on the elyptical machine for an hour each! Over 1000 calories burned! Legs are screaming today!!!!
