you heard right - I grew up in Hueytown and remember when the Allison clan moved to town. The whole family is a great group of people. It was cool driving down Hueytown Road and seeing Bobby's race shop. I never met Neal. Red Farmer lived down the street from my grandparents. There was always a car sitting on a trailer in the backyard. We all went to the same church and Cindy, Bobby's little sister, was in my class in grade school. My dad bought one of Bobby's first motor homes - Bobby was one of the first drivers to use a motor home so everybody could go along and still have a 'home'.

Oh well, enough rambling on.

missed you yesterday on chat. chat was as boring as the race. I am not too happy about JJ winning. I was at Homestead 2 years ago when he won his first championship and it was funny, people didn't cheer or boo just got up and left. He is so PC that nobody gives a crap either way. It is going to be a long winter up here in the great white north waiting for Daytona.

And NO ONE called me at 6:00 AM (for a change). *chuckle*
