why does hollywood always get the camera for espn?

Just wondering if someone has to pay espn for hollywood to carry the camera like the in cars are done or does espn just like him.

they dont pay for it. Obviously he has a great relationship with ESPN.

He's a good crew member first and foremost. And on top of that he is very good at delivering commentary whilst performing his duties, which is hard to do / hard to come by.

Because they know we'll be in the pits a lot so its easy to fit his 10 seconds into any portion of the race coverage?
