Well the Dakar rally is over for Robby Gordon Motorsports and I think we have all had enough time to be upset about it. Now we must look ahead to some great things. Laughlin is up next which I'm excited for but in all honesty, I am ready for some NASCAR. It's about this time of year that my NFL team is out of the playoffs in the first round and college basketball is still boring for a few months. In a month cars will be getting ready to hit Daytona! In the 2010 Daytona 500 Robby finished 28th 1 lap down. I'm sure he will bring a rocket ship to the track as always. I'm also excited to see how Speed Energy goes. Should be a great way to get the prouduct to the fans as he did last year with Monster. There was all types of Robby mania with monster there last year so I expect the same with Speed Energy. Well I can't wait to see how this season goes for RGM and I wish him and the crew the best of luck!

Also tentatively the Parker race before Daytona
Thank you. Hard to keep up with RG lol
I'll be there! Hopefully Robby makes it too. Parker is much better as a spectator than Laughlin.
@ Scrugg's, more spectator friendly ? I ask because have yet to make a race like this.Wanted to go this Weekend. There is work this Weekend and I'm taking it. Sounds like Parker might be the next one to catch.
Yep, lots of good places to watch out in the desert in Parker. Laughlin is pretty much limited to the infield section as the BLM is out in full force. Just be careful and stay off the course. Have fun.
This is going to be an interesting year for RGM.  While a limited Cup schedule may be disappointing to some people, I'm excited at the idea of Robby running in other venues.  A prospect of a return to Indy for the first time in a few years is tops on my list, followed closely by another run for the championship in the SCORE off-road series.  Just a guess, but the debut of the Speed Energy monster truck may be in the cards as well.  Waiting to see what kind of damage that thing can do.  I bet a few more short course races in the TORC series may be in the works too.  Seeing Robby at the X-games promoting Speed Energy will be exciting and give his new venture the type of exposure it needs to be as successful in sales as it is in taste (man that stuff is smooth).  Who knows, maybe we'll see RG even partcipate in the games... wouldn't that be outstanding!!  So even though we may not see Robby on the Nascar track each weekend this year, I'm sure we'll see him behind the wheel of something somewhere as often as it makes sense.  What a promising thought!
+1 ( ^ he gets it)

Amen! NASCAR may be considered the big leagues but following that circuit isn't good for the blood pressure. Can't watch that hendcrap show week after week and actually consider it a sport.

On the other hand, watching RG get a chance to play around in so many diverse arenas is all the sport this fan really needs! Especially now that my Eagles choked again in the playoffs ;(

Bring on 2011 - following Robby may not bring as much glory but it's ALWAYS exciting! There's always something to offer hope and promise.

If RG makes it to the X-Games, I will be there.  No Doubt.
Always an adventure.
When is Robby gonna put out some SPEED Energy stickers for us to buy. Im sure most of us here in the Planet would love to put them on our vehicles and help promote his new product.
+1 gonna just have to sport the new hat I just purchased...
