???
Doubt it.
Almost the same facility, it's across the street @ Route 66. Waiting to hear the final plans myself. Between the Torc event & the Race Fan Rally in Joliet, theres a lot of extra exposure available in those 2 days. There will be a lot of people out to the fan event downtown that dont nessecarally have tix to the race. Plus a SPEED in the hand, is worth 2 on the car. Meaning, I'd rather have the race fan taste it, than see it.
Lookin forward to seein what kinda crowd Torc draws. It's the 2nd year for the event, but last year virtually no advertising...almost a last min addition. Looks to be a lot bigger deal this year. They've had commercials on during race coverage, & SPEED TV programming.
Again, another great crowd to introduce the SPEED brand to.
Believe me when I tell you these facts have been presented to RG.
However the bad news, is the Pro2 would have to be leaving the shop today....havent heard anything yet.
This sucks a bunch, but they had conman on local news showing car and extensh*t with a local charity, blew my octane right out of my hand, unreal..........also with interview of handsome fat f**k, lost my supper on that one...............
No
Lemme quote every Cubs fan ever..."maybe next year"
Hey I'm out in Peoria on a deployment helping out the Air National Guard Base for a couple weeks, I was hoping to make it up to the TORC Race on Thursday but can't take the gov vehicle that I've been given. Does anyone know someone going to the race from Peoria, I'll pitch in on gas? Thanks.
