I don't know where they get this top 38 BS from, it should just be top 43.

and the entire concept of not paying the last place team? It certainly would eliminate start and park teams... all 10 (or so) of them.. I just hope they are happy running 33 cars each race.

Do away with it completely including all the provisionals. Quickest 43 make the show.
