So what are Robby fans doing this 4th of July weekend?

I will be camping out at Watkins Glen for the Indycar race and watching Robby kick butt in the Daytona 400 on the big screen at the track.

 

What be your plans?

Well I'm off work tomorrow so me and the step-daughter will probably go to the 1st Friday thing that the city does. Saturday I work then head home to watch the race. Sunday will be church then headed to my folks to cook out.

I'll be in Beech Mountain, NC. Mother in law wanted to see the grandkids for her birthday, July 3rd. So there I'll be. Would it be rude to ignore her and watch the race? I think I know the answer.

Headed up to Vermont for the weekend. Hopefully going out on my buddy's boat on Lake Champlain on Saturday. Other than that beer-grill-fireworks (repeat as necessary). I will seize his TV Sat. night at about 7:00 for the race whether he likes it or not.

Well with the local short track (thunderhill) shutdown for the hoilday, put me in the class of bored RG fans in texas. So this weekend, I guess I'll grill a bit-o-cow and drink the water-hopps-barley mix oh yeah and being that I'm from colorado where everything fun is aginst the law, I guess I'll talke adavantage of blowing stuff being legal here. I put this in another thread but PLEASE do me a favor this weekend and thank a vet or a cop or fire/ems person this weekend, they are really thankless jobs but without them we would all be in a world of hurt. THANK YOU to all the vets and public serivce workers who are members of TOG's wonderful site.

I'm driving down to Newport Beach, CA to enjoy the three day weekend on the beach......Be watchin the race at the greatest bar in the world, Blackies by the Sea,,,,,,
