Robby Gordon and Monster still together?

Just curious. I did not see Robby listed on Monster's website under athletes. Are they still sponsoring RGM offroad?

So today I am on a flight from Kansas City to LAX and I spot to people with Monster / Team Gordon black back packs. I strike up a conversation about Robby and they stated that two years ago they seriosly looked at the costs involved in sponsoring Robby for a full season and said that it would be more expensive then there entire marketing budget for there current athletes that they are involved with. That said they were very familiar with "Planet Robby" and said that they are happy with the current level that they are involved with team Gordon. Thought that was pretty good vote of confidence...

Was suprised when I saw the back packs, and actually asked if they were Team Gordon employees. If I remember correctly a former Team Gordon employee was selling his gear on the net and was a frequent forum contributer either here or on the Uprising, although I could be wrong. The conversation started flowing when I showed them my desktop PC that is the Monster Ford from Sonoma, they had a good laugh and suprise from that. They jokingly suggested that Robby, and Ricky should drive for the same team. They also had some great stories about Rob and Paul Tracy. I told them that we may be few but we are proud supporters of Rob and thanked them for their support

good deal! I was worried when I didn't see him at first and I noticed a lot of the cool Monster stuff was no longer on sale at Robby's website.

Glad contract talks turned around, last Sept I was told they were ready to pull sponsorship when someone new took over and thought it was just too sweet a deal for him.
