Robby and NASCAR as Team Dakar....Big bucks and world wide press.

NASCAR would be smart if they would pay big bucks and back Robby and put Tony / Jimmy / Jeff / or Juan together as a teem in Dakar..... just think of the press in the off season they would have.... It would make it a great off season NASCAR event. We as Robby fans have it good! That Two week's of Roobby running Dakar before we go to Daytona is a life savor! We have Dakar for two weeks out of the year to fill the void. The other fans have nothing! That's a money maker and Rob could build all the cars for the rest of the NASCAR Superstars......

That would be if they would be Men enough to stand up to the challenge? And not throw up in their helmet!...

I say look a NASCAR as a potential sponsor to Keep things rolling in the off season and pay the big time drivers to carry the load in the off season. I should have added Kyle Bush in before Jimmy sorry!

That would be cool but there isn't nearly enough American interest in Dakar for NASCAR to gain anything from it.

Cut Jimmy and Jeff from the team and put in someone who has a chance on dirt. Newman would be good as he brings an Engineering background and maybe Kurt who has a flair for road courses and off line driving. Jaun is a good selection for local fans but Jeff's back would be destroyed off road. But I think Robby's got the right second driver for next year - BJ

Jimmy started out on bikes then off road, don't think he would have any problems. But have to try and keep BJ in a truck, first.

i say keep BJ around, This is the first time i have followed him and i must say i have a new Off road Raced to follow. Good idea with nascar, but im not sure if they are as concerned in a global market

Bifle has been getting into the offroad scene some, I think he did pretty good in that preteder truck he raced

I'm not takin any of this talk serious but as I recall as an old man as I am Jeff Gordon bought a truck from Robby and flat out admitted He could not handle it after he almost killed himself in it,

I was just saying. The main reason would be to keep the fans of NASCAR involved in something in the off season. Not to promote NASCAR in other country's

it would be cool but than just like nascar Robby would get $hit on and all of his hard work and effort would be kicked to the curb for the rest of those guys...
