Robby Qualifies 35 today... Should be good as the track will have more grip.

28th fastest after 5 laps, Robby probably being very conservative after last week, I'm sure he doesn't want to be forced to another back up car. The TTCOT seems to really fit Robby, hopefully he can fine tune, take it easy, turn a hot lap and get a solid Top 20 finish, the he would be in good shape.

Going to a back up at Texas was tough, that car wasn't half the car as the primary one.

Finished practice at 29th. All 44 cars in the low to mid 27 second range. One good run at quals should get RG in the top 20.

Robby did not go out for the last 5 minute qualifying run, he might have been trying to conserve his tire usage for the weekend. We have to realize that sposored or not, he still is a one car team and they have to limit their budget compared to the Hendricks and Roushes of the world.

I was impressed with what I saw from the new ttCOT, we shall see in about 2 hours...

RGM has been building a speedy chassis lately.

Ickler up to 11th in second practice, kudos to those boys too.

Could be a solid weekend for RGM as a whole if all goes well.
