I'm pretty sure RCR will buy out someone's top 35 points position for Menard for next year.

And like I said, I'm really not trying to be disagreeable, but if Robby isn't actually racing I just don't care who is in the #7 or what happens there.... I know I'm one of the few here who feels that one, no biggie....
10-4 YMMV. I don't particularly care either, on a race by race basis, but Robby tends to be such a poor qualifier, compared to his racing ability, I would hate to see him miss a show, due to rain, in any of the handful where he has a legit. shot at a high finish. Also, I think TOG may be right and Harvick wins it all, letting Childress keep his checkbook in his pocket.
the #71 isnt running full races the rest of the year(as of now ) , whereas the #7 is. The #26 & #38 still have to qualify in on time , so the pressure is on them. The odds are very much in favor of the #7 staying in the top 35 at years end.
The #7 will stay in the top 35 for those reasons alone. Furthermore, I'd being willing to bet that a couple of good runs might be coming up for the #7, this weekend being one of them (I hope). A couple more chances for us to behold that "thing of beauty" we're always talking about ;)
