these teams/ drivers must qualify by speed:
36) #38-Gilliland/Front Row: 925 -66
37) #26-Stremme/Latitude43: 904 -87

RGM can advance to 34th by beating the 37 by 21 positions

RGM can advance to 32nd by beating the 71 & 34 by 30 positions

*The 71 team plans to Start N Park unless sponsorship is found

The penalty had better be more than the one handed to Robby for a piece of wood in the fender well at Darlington (Such a shame too.....we could used that wood at Charlotte! It was awesome watching Robby jet out of turn 2 all night long.....I bet he passed 100 cars out of turn 2 that night! Oh yeah, did I mention that Nascar didn't mind the wood there last year.....it only figures that it would be OK this year as well). I doubt bleeder valves will go over well. Expect a stiff penalty.

It's funny how things work out for the better....looks like a DNQ last week didn't sting as bad as first thought.

As for a "used" Gibbs car, there are too many factors to list that affect a car and it's performance. As we all know even the weather has an effect! Just buying a car won't help. Toyota needs to step it up a notch and give a little more R&D $$$ to the teams that aren't Gibbs, etc. If I were RGM, I'd go to Chevy (if available) and get some help from his ol' buddy Childress.....who still would offer any help to Robby. Look what Childress has done for Regan Smith!
