man those guys were idiots... if they are gone that is. If we are absoulte real fans then we will stick together in tough times. I can't wait until speed is in Canada and I don't have to get people to pick it up for me and pay big bucks to bring it back here and bring it to our igloos. It's expensive to get it shipped by snow shoes way up here.
Starting to sound like Dale Jr. fans in here.
I'm guessing NASCAR is paying teams to show up and start and park. Remember we wasn't getting a full season and hear we are getting Kansas. It is a business after all. They would not go being out of the top 35 if there wasn't something in it for them make the show or not.
This does suck though. I'm a RCR fan. I wish he would have stayed there. Dale sr rocked. To me Robby has that same drive to win. I became a fan through NASCAR. Now I follow everything he does. I want to see RGM in NASCAR winning races. I like all the other stuff but that's what I want.
P.S. Robby drove the # 14 for DEI at Charlotte.
I guess this ain't that bad when I became a Robby Gordon fan he really struggled. Remember the #4. Or the #13. Seems like I remember some good runs in the #40 but it was still hit and miss. I guess what I'm rambling about was I seen something in those times that just told me this guy has it. And I think he still does. I just hope it gets ironed out before it gets to late. And when it is to late I hope he is a winning team owner.
After catching a break by the 21 skipping next week and probably Pocono as well it would be nice to see this as an opportunity to gain ground with Wimmer behind the wheel. Unfortunately I don't have money to sponsor the car and I am not sure Robby does either. Might be a good time to re-evaluate and just move forward with the "fun" race program and scrap the full schedule so many people demand. Looking forward to Sonoma!

Oops, sorry Cash Cow supporters. I guess it is good to just see the #7 car on the track. I hear Musgrave is available for Pocono.
Is Robby racing to win or just for the points?
Starting races and dropping out after 10 laps or 30 laps or 50 laps sure looks like only in for the money, come on Robby none of us want to see you as an also ran or slower traffice (i'm sure not even you want to see this happen to a great racer like yourself).

Sell your sole, do what is right but get back into the middle of the pack if not in the front of the pack soon please

Thanks--your fans
If you listen to Robby during the interviews you can see why he's doing things the way he is today, would you prefer a Mid 30 team compete in a race and spend all it's money & resources and possibly run dry and fold up...or would you prefer RG to Start & Test hang around the Top 35, have the car at every race and attend important meetings selling SPEED? RG will be set up at WALMART in Mexico this week! Like he said, to launch an Energy Drink and be sitting with a display in WALMART in Mexico in less than a year competeing with Red Bull & Monster! (That's incredible!) Red & Bull and Monster have been around for years and have set the standard for energy drinks and their involvement in sports. Tons of other companies have tried to copy their formula and failed (Full Throttle, No Fear, Wave, etc)...but a few are holding their ground and increasing like NOS (mainly with their involvment with Kyl Busch) and AMP (Dale Jr is the face of their product). SPEED is picking up steam and is international...Just like Dale Jr in the South, Robby is a rockstar in Mexico, Chile, Argentina and around the US.
I know it's painful as a fan to sit and watch RG running at the back and parking, but if anyone was listening in during the race you would have heard a calm, happy Robby Gordon. He wasn't dropping F-bombs or yelling at the crew. He was polite and even said make sure to tell Nascar and the officials thanks. He had one of the worst cars in RGM history the other night and he was calm. Why? Because there's a bigger picture. He knows all that's lined up on the table and possibilities ahead. In the next few years when teams are still scrambling to find a sponsor, RG will be stable and still racing! Speed is at lots of locations and growing every month. We heard about the GNC possibility in Jan...well, it's now at GNC. It's June and RGM has been at every race. You will get 100% RG at Sonoma.
thats a good point POV i can get on board with that.
I like the start and test philosophy instead of start and park
Good post Zoom! A measured and rational explanation of the situation as it exists now. No " your not welcome here get the f*** out of here, or your an f'n idiot, go somewhere else.does not help the site or the fan base, although not directed at them some leave.

T hat being said how many of us start our Sunday morning with high hopes and great expectations, then by the evening we feel dispare , even depression, sometimes that causes some to question the direction of RGM.

For those that have raised children you might critize them when they make decisision( help me here Gas ) you don't understand, but you still love them, and you share with them your thoughts and expectations, you don,t tell them to get lost, Well some do.
