No Love from NASCAR

RG is a RockStar in Dakar and yet NASCRAP does not even get him any press for his efforts.   Can somebody help me understand why?  Biffle runs one race in the desert and he becomes the best cross-over driver in the world…

It seems like I have to say this EVERY year :  They cover Robby AFTER ( AFTER ) the RACING starts on Stage 1

Robbie has been on the NASCAR badboy

list sence he was robbed in the busch race a couple of years ago , and did the burn out.

Only thing I can figure is Robby say it like it is, not PC as NASCAR corp. likes it. Hes was the last Owner / Driver, he has raced Indy, Baja, Dakar and a host of other racing so he should be recognized as a true hero. My best guess is he shames the left turning circle drivers in talent and they dont like it. Im happy Robby has decided to go for it this year and he seems real happy for a change..Go RG.

NASCAR would LOVE to see Robby win Dakar or even Indy.

 

 

It would do well for them.  No other driver 25th and under in points gets talked about as much as Robby Gordon.  I know there is the overkill on the big dogs in the sport, but Robby isnt at the bottom of the barrel looking for coverage.  

 

 

As crappy as NASCAR is consistently, this is not one of the negative things on their plate.

Remember NASCAR had the RG throwing helmet at waltrip as one of their main attention getters in their last NASCAR commercial.

RG is good for nascar and they know it

NASCAR.COM has daily updates as well as jayski.com. So atleast he is getting a little exposure, Im just glad that Speed energy is getting exposure

ummm who gives a shit about nascrap right now? the only reason jayski and nascrap release info is because its a press release from rgm.....slow time of the month for nascrap. im happy to see rgm do a limited schedule in that series.
