New Crew Member from RCR?

Anyone else hear during the Pit Crew Challenge on SPEED, that a crew member from RCR's 29 team was a substitue for the challenge because the actual member left recently to go to Robby Gordon Motorsports? Broadcasters mentioned it in the first round of the competition. I wasn't really paying attention until I heard RGM mentioned..........

Did I hear right? If so, who is it?

Clint is acually Kirk's twin brother and he has come on board as the car chief......all is well at RGM...

Are they identical? That way next time Kirk wants to have lunch with his wife, he can send Clint into the meeting and RG will never know.
