What next ? one lug wheels, paddle shifters on the steering wheel. You will find me at the local dirt track, this stuff is gitting ridiculous.

You can't get there from here. However I did not read this discussion since I looked at page three so many days ago. I read every word. I'm the type to sit down and explain (in vane) valve timing, cam rotation, cylinder scavenging, header design, drive shaft balance, fuel ionization, dry sump/wet sump ECT ECT ECT. I'll even wear a set of feeler gauges around my neck as a charm/bottle opener. I'll make kabobs on old push rods. I'll put tranny fluid in my friends gas tank. But no matter what I will do what I can't do is condone NAZICAR and going to a "modern" injection system. It is the doorway to crate engines. I can't see this organization... that will let a guy leave his pit box with a tire outside of it and then make up a lame excuse why after years of ....( nobody remembers that mike) Any way I don't see this obviously corrupt and favoring sanctioning body policing it effectively. Spin it all the way around with everything you have all I see is a technological nightmare that will spell a long and dooming chapter in NAZICAR history.
Glass half full but I am a wrench lover not a key pad lover. Not a great mechanic by any means but I have the tow bar my dad used to pull around his many one man shows. Who knows what an injector is but not a tow bar? No proof rerading

You're right. Further, the ECU's will be "perked up" commensurate to the number of commercial buys to the power of 'Official [insert product or service] of NASCAR'
How about adding marvel mistery oil to purple 140 Av gas. in a 14 / 1 type 1 VW 2600 cc motor.
Did that, didn't work, had to use 620 type 2 and then add 140 purple to make more HPgot a lot of ooomph out of that thing,,,,,,,,,,,
