People here are far more concerned with MW and MWR and what they are doing, than RG and RGM actually performing well on the track. Its fucking comical. They don't give a FUCK if RG finishes 42nd every week, they just PRAY that MW is 43rd.

I got no love for POS, but you have to respect how he's built a team and kept it well funded. getting a marque driver like Truex is a testiment to the program MWR has put together.

I recorded the press conference and just watched it, but love Mike or hate Mike, I saw a bunch of employees who rely on Mike to feed their families,and Robby has the same type of employees at RGM who rely on him to do the same for their families. That to me is success in itself.

But thats where he is, and we cant change the results of the races that have already been run. If RG has a problem with it, then he can just not enter another race.But RG knows each week is a new race, and he makes it happen. His book isnt closed yet.

Isn't MWR a product of Toyota? They needed a team. Mikey and Bill Davis paired to help them get in the sport. Joe Gibbs went to Toyota and the wins started coming in. I believe one thing that MWR did do. They got the champion's provisional rule changed. I recall the most recent former champion could race every week, until Dale Jarrett was going to use it every week to get the UPS car in the field. With all of the help he has received from Toyota, you would think that he would have more wins.

Sorry, but that's just delusional. Waltrip got his strong financial backing when he became of the one NASCARs ten most popular drivers, year after year after year. He's get the backing, because fans like him. Fans don't like him simply because he is DWs brother.

the reason MWR is successful and success eludes RGM, is MWR hires the best available people and allows them to do their job without interference. RGM on the other hand has hired some very talented people over the last few years and has NEVER given any of them the freedom to do their job....

I'll 2nd that! Our boy, for as talented as he is, is a bit of a control freak. When/if he ever learns that he can't do everything himself (at least not to contender level) he'll be one step closer to victory lane. Robby should really stick to being the pitchman for potential sponsors & driving the car. Sure he can have the final say in every dept., but for God sake let the talent do their thing.

how about taking Tony Stewart's line " Car owner during the week, Driver on the weekend", just write those words down, drop it somewhere in the shop RG will find it, you never know, it could be his new line, jk-I don't know he don't go by that already, it kinda don't sound like it, but what the hell do I know, do know ya can't be Fidel, make's everyone scared to do the wrong thing, or the right one.
