Yes, he has to qualify on speed. I'm stating, I expect the team to have the car well prepared for Pocono and will make the race on speed. I'm willing to wager a case of SPEED. If you loose, I get a case of SPEED. That way RGM benefits. If I loose, tell me your favorite flavor and address...Just sayin'

The thing is, I dont want to win this bet. Its like me being Pete Rose and betting against my team. haha... Normally Id take you up on the bet, lets bet on something else.

I cant see myself watching quals hoping he doesnt make it...
