STAGE 2 TRACKING

STAGE 2: SAN LUIS > SAN RAFAEL

Connection 365km | Special Stage 433km | Total 798km

COURSE OVERVIEW

The fastest special stage of the rally, at least for its first part, will also be the one where drivers will have to face the first dunes. And it won’t just be a brief encounter with sand: in the last 100 kilometres, the exploration of the grey dunes of Nihuil will be even more intensive than during previous visits. The sand is more firm there, but the experience will provide a great deal of insight about each of the competitors’ technical skills. In short it will be a veritable test.

The GREEN section of the route is the connection , the RED is the Special Section of the stage.

Lets say a little Racing Prayer before they get started tomorrow...

Roses are Red
Violets are blue
Let's hope today you stay out of the glue!

Agree, hopefully the racing Gods are listening. How did BJ finish? Heard he had issues as well. Since my KC Chiefs derailed this weekend, my sports luck has not been good so far.

92nd -52.30

Bj had fuel pump problems along with the other car..

A good stage tomorrow and I think moving into between 40th & 50th overall is plausable. Keep chipping away at that lead. Stage 2 is a HST stage.

A long special will allow for a lot of good fortune for RG. We will be top 20 by Thursday,

no se porque conformarnos, con los top 20 debemos de llegar a los top 10 al menos

Calm before the storm? I'm sure somewhere in there the SPEED ENERGY team is burning the midnight oil.

Just as excited about tomorrow as I was today...As long as RG is running, I'm watching and rooting for him. Gas On!

Robby is listed as 2:34:36 after the penalty which works to needing to average 11 minutes a day ahead of the rest of the field. Realistically if he can average some good finishes and some top guys have trouble Robby can still have a good finish for the Gordini's maiden voyage.

Hey things could be worse, Robby could have gotten a 1hr time penalty like the other SMG or Brenthal!

What did they get penalties for?
