STAGE 10 TRACKING

STAGE 10: Iquique > Arica

Connection 317km | Special Stage 377km | Total 694km

COURSE OVERVIEW

The drivers will be overcome with even more intense sensations early in the morning. It is precisely at the beginning of the special stage that they will be deeply moved by a spectacular view, combining sand and waves, which continues for several kilometres. The theme will remain constant, since the most experienced experts will be able to surf on the dunes which stretch out for around a hundred kilometres. On the other hand, the difficult fesh-fesh area that will have to be tackled at the end of the special stage will bring everyone back to the tough reality of the long-distance rally.

Had to have been an issue somewhere. They're closing in on WP2, lets see if Robby pulls some of that back.

Lost more time in the second segment.... This day is going to need a TURNAROUND!

-2:19 to Peterhansel don't panic

What the Dakar website doesn't show you about the stages is the technical twists and turns of the course. Only the up and down and type of surface. With the elevation transitions of stage 10, switchbacks will be abundant. Unfortunately, 4WD has the edge.

Can't find any press about SP running over the biker in the last stage. Obviously no penalty. SP better hope he does not race in KAZ anytime soon. I just remembered why I hate the french.

one of the trucks got dq for bumping a car that was stopped, but i rather see robby beat the best anyway, gas on

see the Mini of Holowczyc has not reached WP1 yet

The Polish driver has not moved from the 48-km point since 10.21 AM local time and has been at a standstill for 30 minutes. The crew of Mini No. 304 appears to be attempting to solve a problem with the steering line.
