Looks like at least a better starting spot for tomorrow
Should advance him in the overall standings several spots as well.
Any news on whats goin on with Eliseo? Just 21 cars at the finish? Must be a pile up somewhere in the dunes

I'm wondering the same thing.  He was 15th at wp11.  hasn't made it to wp12 yet as far as I can tell.  It's been at least an hour later than expected.

Stuck in the silt is my guess
I was afraid of this, supposedly a lot of silt at the end.
looks like 84 cars left the start and only 36 have finished the stage so far...................
Clutch issues is the word from the CHILE sources...stay tuned for updates...
did he finsh the stage or not? at dakar.com says it will start 39th, so? he did, right?
They finished late last night, after flipping end over end and being stuck in the dunes for 6 hours. Steve has a possible broken tail bone.... which is no fun. They fought the late finish with the ASO when they got in last night and received a start time. As long as the hummer is running this morning, they are still in it.
