WOW IS IT HOT...…….Sparklers lighting themselves if you leave them on the black top, rigatoni cooked on the roof. Ice …..an actual side dish. For those unaware … Cornstarch is your swamps best friend. Even the safest precautions can go awry as was the case last night. Not a big bad thing but a fire none the less that came on the second to last "cake".....If what happened then had happened say halfway through, you know what they say ….bullets don't aim themselves. So play it safe as you can if you are into that sort of stuff and a bucket of water to some may seem cowardly but.... and me.....I always have a wet hankie with the cooler on days like this.
